Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Active, unrestricted nursing license with autonomous practice authority.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
- Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
- Proficiency using electronic medical records (EMR) to document care.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
- Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
- Engage in an integrated care model with in-house referral networks to psychiatrists and therapists.
- Maintain standard session lengths including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
