Requirements

MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (Physicians)
Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Physicians)
Active, unrestricted NP license with prescriptive authority (Nurse Practitioners)
Board-certified (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) (Nurse Practitioners)
Licensed in multiple U.S. states (30+ state coverage strongly preferred)
Prior telehealth experience preferred
Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and metabolic health
Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
Professional-level English communication

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual patient consultations (synchronous and asynchronous)
Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and laboratory results
Determine medical necessity and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate
Provide ongoing clinical oversight, follow-ups, and adjustments
Document all encounters, decisions, and prescriptions accurately in the EMR
Collaborate with care coordinators and internal teams
Maintain compliance with all applicable telehealth, prescribing, and documentation standards
