Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Proven 2+ year track record of success in sales, within the healthcare and/or radiology (Diagnostic Imaging) setting or other healthcare staffing services.
  • Experience in calling into hospitals, healthcare systems and FSEDs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Must be comfortable with occasional travel to client sites, company meetings & industry events.
  • Knowledge and experience with sales related platforms like Definitive or Apollo preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients to gain understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Set client meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams such as Marketing and Talent Acquisition.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress towards targets.
  • Document daily activity for reporting.
