Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven 2+ year track record of success in sales, within the healthcare and/or radiology (Diagnostic Imaging) setting or other healthcare staffing services.
- Experience in calling into hospitals, healthcare systems and FSEDs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Must be comfortable with occasional travel to client sites, company meetings & industry events.
- Knowledge and experience with sales related platforms like Definitive or Apollo preferred.
Responsibilities
- Speak with clients to gain understanding of their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Set client meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other internal teams such as Marketing and Talent Acquisition.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress towards targets.
- Document daily activity for reporting.
