Requirements
- Experience in mechanical services estimating and/or drafting
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems in building services environments
- Experience using Procore for project documentation control
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills within technical teams
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and supporting documentation for mechanical services projects
- Produce and update technical drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Manage project documentation using Procore for organization and maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for technical and pricing information
- Maintain and update passive fire penetration schedules and registers using ControlDoc or compliance platforms
- Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality assurance documentation
- Assist in the preparation of O&M manuals, as-built documentation, and project handover packages
