Requirements
- 2–3+ years of professional AutoCAD or Avontus experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end construction estimating and quantity surveying
- Ability to read and interpret construction and/or engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and cost estimation
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written English and professional communication skills
- Familiarity with Xero and Basecamp is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate scaffold quotes based on job scopes, site photos, and project information
- Produce scaffold plans, layouts, and elevations using AutoCAD / Avontus
- Review construction drawings and project plans to identify scaffold requirements
- Perform quantity takeoffs from project drawings to prepare accurate scaffold material lists for yard preparation and project allocation
- Ensure quotes are formatted correctly and issued through Xero
- Upload and maintain project documentation, updates, and communications in Basecamp
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support operations
