Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading teams with direct accountability for performance targets.
- Experience managing 7+ people simultaneously.
- 3+ years of operations experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Agency Ops, Creator Ops, or Growth Ops.
- Proven track record of building and managing weekly scorecards, KPI dashboards, or reporting systems.
- Experience managing 5+ active projects or workstreams concurrently.
- 2+ years working directly with a founder, creator, coach, or consultant.
- Advanced proficiency using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, or n8n daily.
- Ability to explain the impact and design of self-built automations, SOPs, and reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with at least three growth areas: social media, LinkedIn, podcast operations, sales CRM, or online community management.
Responsibilities
- Build the operating system including scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and accountability structures.
- Hire and lead the team responsible for social growth, LinkedIn, podcast production, speaking outreach, EOS sales, and community management.
- Use AI and automation daily to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and build scalable systems.
- Translate 12-month goals into weekly execution targets for social, content, and sales performance.
- Protect the founder's time by managing priorities and operational execution.
