Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role handling high call volumes.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and HIPAA.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements and improvements.
- Proven track record of building relationships quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving to assess and resolve issues.
- Excellent time and priority management skills to handle multiple state launches simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel domestically for launch purposes.
- Experience using CRM or similar systems (e.g., Salesforce, TalkDesk).
Responsibilities
- Perform caregiver and patient onboarding tasks independently, including case tracking and follow-up.
- Document and refine engagement and intake processes in new markets to meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Utilize and maintain accurate records in systems such as Salesforce and TalkDesk.
- Collaborate with the Launch team and other departments to ensure smooth operational launches.
- Identify and build relationships with key market stakeholders to facilitate case progression.
- Apply state-specific regulatory and compliance requirements to all intake workflows.
- Provide a feedback loop to improve software and internal processes based on launch experiences.
- Train incoming staff on standardized processes and best practices.
