Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent significant and relevant work experience.
- 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry (ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, health plan, hospital, or management consulting).
- Proven track record of creating and enhancing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation or optimization of top-tier ambulatory EHRs and practice management software.
- Expertise in Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks products.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in delivering detailed training on complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel periodically.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of current EHR usage and identify optimization areas to support ACO initiatives.
- Assist practices in leveraging existing EHR or third-party systems to improve clinical outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on EHR configurations, templates, and reporting for initiatives like MIPS, Medicare Wellness Visits, and Transitions of Care.
- Facilitate data exchange, integration, and interface development between practices and Aledade.
- Manage multiple projects independently, from initial assessment to staff training on patient-centric workflows.
- Communicate project progress and influence adoption of best practices with stakeholders ranging from executive leadership to front-line staff.
