Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (significant and relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of education).
- 4-6 years of experience as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
- Expertise in ambulatory EHR and practice management software implementation or optimization.
- Experience with top-tier EHR platforms such as Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, or eClinicalWorks.
- Ability to travel periodically.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, from executives to front-line staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and open to learning new EHR platforms and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead EHR optimization efforts for assigned projects, conducting assessments to identify areas for system improvement.
- Assist practices in leveraging existing EHR systems and implementing 3rd party tools for population health insights.
- Support practices with MIPS compliance and help generate quality measures and reporting.
- Develop and maintain educational materials and user groups to share best practices for EHR utilization.
- Independently manage multiple projects to train practice staff on patient-centric, value-based workflows.
- Facilitate development of integrations, interfaces, and data sharing strategies.
