Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the enterprise segment.
- 4+ years of experience working with MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification methodology.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded deals involving CTOs, VP Engineering, and FinOps leaders.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex technical products (cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering) into clear business ROI narratives.
- Adept at building business cases, ROI calculators, and executive-level proposals.
- Rigorous pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline with confident presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Ability to identify key contacts and build champions across IT, Finance, and Procurement.
- Must be based in the Southeast or Midwest area of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process, from sourcing and building pipeline coverage to deal closure.
- Conduct thorough Opportunity Assessments to qualify high-quality prospects.
- Lead Value Discovery and Value Demonstration sessions to align Cast AI solutions with client needs.
- Map and navigate complex stakeholder organizations to build consensus among technical and executive leaders.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue growth.
