Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the enterprise segment.
  • 4+ years of experience working with MEDDPICC or a similar sales qualification methodology.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded deals involving CTOs, VP Engineering, and FinOps leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex technical products (cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering) into clear business ROI narratives.
  • Adept at building business cases, ROI calculators, and executive-level proposals.
  • Rigorous pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline with confident presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to identify key contacts and build champions across IT, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Must be based in the Southeast or Midwest area of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process, from sourcing and building pipeline coverage to deal closure.
  • Conduct thorough Opportunity Assessments to qualify high-quality prospects.
  • Lead Value Discovery and Value Demonstration sessions to align Cast AI solutions with client needs.
  • Map and navigate complex stakeholder organizations to build consensus among technical and executive leaders.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive revenue growth.
