- Own the monthly close end-to-end and drive it toward a 5-day, fully reconciled, audit-ready close.
- Lead the conversion from mixed cash/accrual to full US GAAP accrual across all revenue streams.
- Manage the chart of accounts and revenue recognition policy, integrating data warehouse sources with accounting systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, managing PBC lists and walkthroughs.
- Oversee the tax compliance calendar, including corporate and fund-level returns, K-1s, and R&D credit studies.
- Manage covenant and borrowing-base reporting for asset-backed credit facilities.
- Direct day-to-day accounting operations such as AP/AR, reconciliations, and spend controls, while transitioning work from outsourced providers to an in-house function.
