Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas.
  • Ability to overcome clinical and financial objections.
  • High technical and clinical aptitude; ability to retain and communicate large volumes of product data.
  • Strong multitasking ability to manage time-sensitive tasks across a large territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • 60% travel required within the region.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (occasionally up to 80 lbs).

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed a high-volume, seven-figure sales quota within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Lead prospects through the entire sales journey—from aggressive cold calling and lead generation to high-stakes closing.
  • Perform hands-on product demonstrations, showcasing technical features, clinical efficacy, and ROI pricing models to physicians.
  • Identify and leverage emotional drivers in the sales process to convert hesitant prospects into committed partners.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key medical specialists, including Dermatologists, OB/GYNs, and Urologists.
  • Support and mentor Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in closing complex deals and sharing regional best practices.
  • Travel 60% of the time to physician offices, medical spas, and major industry conventions to represent the brand.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline documentation and provide weekly/quarterly reports via Salesforce.
