Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the enterprise segment.
  • 4+ years of experience working with MEDDPICC or any sales qualification methodology.
  • Proven experience in Opportunity Assessment, Value Discovery, Value Demonstration, and Value Delivery.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-threaded deals involving CTOs, VP Engineering, and FinOps leaders.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products like cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering into business ROI narratives.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing.
  • Experience building business cases, ROI calculators, and executive-level proposals.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Rigorous pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and CRM discipline.
  • Must be based in the Southeast or Midwest area of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Build and source sustainable pipeline coverage.
  • Conduct Opportunity Assessments to pinpoint viable, high-quality opportunities.
  • Engage in Value Discovery to align solutions with client needs and demonstrate unique value.
  • Ensure Value Delivery through meticulous implementation and results measurement.
  • Map, navigate, and establish key stakeholder alignment.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail throughout the sales process to confidently close and forecast to plan.
