Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare, or related area (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 years of total experience.
- 2 years of project management experience.
- Experience with relevant research or programmatic software packages.
- Advanced ability to navigate and train others on web-based systems like SharePoint and Teams.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven project and people management skills in budgeting, resourcing, planning, tasking, and risk management.
- Ability to communicate results effectively and build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of programs, including developing objectives, strategic plans, and workflows.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance team operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate internal resources, external consultants, and vendors to execute programs and projects.
- Manage and mentor a small team, including oversight and performance management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining technical accuracy.
- Oversee the development of high-quality deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide advice on technical approaches and resource needs.
- Contribute to proposal writing and technical solutioning for relevant projects.
