Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, RFP/Proposal analysis, Financial analysis, or Operations analytics.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex, disparate datasets.
- Ability to manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Experience with ERPs or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with government contracting concepts, SCA wage determinations, or FAR principles is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development and Proposal teams to develop cost volumes, pricing files, and supporting documentation for commercial RFPs and federal contracts.
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to client pricing requests, contract renewals, and modifications.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on labor category mapping, bill rates, and multipliers to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor labor market trends, wage adjustments, and competitor strategies to keep rate benchmarks current.
- Analyze internal and external datasets to drive strategic decisions.
- Interpret and apply labor regulations like the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Department of Labor guidelines.
- Maintain cost/pricing models accounting for direct wages, overhead, and G&A in line with FAR principles.
- Develop analytical tools, pricing templates, and dashboards to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
