Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations or strategy roles.
- Demonstrated experience owning and implementing business-critical systems.
- Strong financial acumen, including revenue reporting, cost management, and WIP tracking.
- Experience building analytical models such as LTV, CAC, and margin analysis.
- Proven ability to design and scale operational processes in distributed organizations.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with professional services is a plus.
- Experience with PSA platforms like Certinia is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational setup and go-to-market infrastructure for managed services offerings.
- Define and implement KPIs and benchmarking frameworks across delivery, talent, and finance.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks by redesigning workflows and standardizing processes.
- Implement AI-powered automation in administrative processes such as talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and oversight of PSA and HRIS systems.
- Partner with finance to review billing rates, delivery costs, and manage WIP tracking.
- Design and build LTV and CAC models for sales and go-to-market strategy.
- Execute integration planning for acquired companies across commercial, operations, and technology systems.
