Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Operations Manager role in a BPO, call center, or similar environment
  • Proven experience as a people leader developing talent and building trust
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret operational metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with workforce management tools, CRMs, and operational reporting systems
  • Must have a stable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps postpaid
  • Must have a computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or better
  • Must have a noise-cancelling headset
  • Dual Monitor setup is mandatory
  • Must have backup internet connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI) and power outage backup

Responsibilities

  • Lead and align all operational functions across teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive the execution of strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and growth goals
  • Oversee team supervisors and ensure consistent, high-quality performance across the floor
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable, people-centered process improvements
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to make informed, strategic decisions
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with HR, QA, Finance, and leadership
  • Lead regular operational reviews, reporting cadences, and team-wide communications
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement at every level
