Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, train, and develop a team of independent contractors including Operations Coordinators and Property Care Concierge.
  • Own daily operations to ensure tasks are completed and issues are resolved.
  • Remove founders from day-to-day operations and recurring operational decisions.
  • Hold team members accountable through coaching and performance management.
  • Oversee property readiness, cleanliness, maintenance, and listing accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client operational matters.
  • Lead onboarding operations for new property launches.
  • Improve SOPs, technology integrations, and operational metrics for scalability.
