Requirements

- Proficiency with property management tools (Hospitable, Monday.com, Turno, Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Drive).

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, train, and develop a team of independent contractors including Operations Coordinators and Property Care Concierge.
- Own daily operations to ensure tasks are completed and issues are resolved.
- Remove founders from day-to-day operations and recurring operational decisions.
- Hold team members accountable through coaching and performance management.
- Oversee property readiness, cleanliness, maintenance, and listing accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client operational matters.
- Lead onboarding operations for new property launches.
- Improve SOPs, technology integrations, and operational metrics for scalability.
