Job Details

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong background in backend systems design, including scalable, reliable, and high-performance architectures.
Experience with API design, distributed systems, data modeling, and system security best practices.
Proficiency in modern backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent environments.
Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle from planning to production support.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems supporting provider services, telehealth workflows, and third-party integrations.
Develop robust APIs, services, and system architectures with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and security.
Own features across the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with product needs.
Build and improve event-driven systems, data models, and service integrations that ensure consistency and system integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.
Contribute to architectural decisions that support scalability and long-term platform evolution.
