Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications and services.
- Strong full-stack development capabilities with expertise in at least one primary domain such as frontend development, backend engineering, or data engineering.
- Experience working with technologies such as React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, Kafka, Python, SQL, Spark, PostgreSQL, or similar modern frameworks and platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven systems, and scalable software design principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in customer-facing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives from concept to production while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance software development, prototyping, testing, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized software solutions that address customer-specific business challenges and operational needs.
- Work across the full technology stack, including frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from solution design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, define technical approaches, and deliver production-ready solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support customer onboarding initiatives and help drive adoption of platform capabilities through high-quality engineering delivery.
- Partner closely with product, platform, and engineering teams to ensure solutions remain aligned with platform standards and future development plans.
- Contribute to the evolution of professional services practices, engineering standards, documentation, and delivery methodologies.
- Maintain a strong focus on software quality, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability across all customer engagements.
