Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing production applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks such as ActiveRecord.
- Proven ability to build customer-facing or internal platform tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Solid foundation in software design principles, clean architecture, and maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable portal features in Ruby on Rails.
- Translate complex agent and backend signals into intuitive, reliable, and actionable product experiences.
- Own end-to-end delivery of portal capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with agent engineers, product managers, and support teams.
- Develop data models, APIs, and service integrations.
- Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Improve operational outcomes by enhancing troubleshooting tools.
- Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews.
