Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend and distributed systems expertise, ideally in cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong experience building solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Proficiency with microservices and/or serverless architectures in production systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
- Strong understanding of automated testing strategies (unit, integration, performance, load testing).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Programming experience in modern languages; Golang experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance API and backend services supporting cloud-based identity platforms.
- Develop and deploy production-ready services using modern distributed and cloud-native architectures (microservices/serverless).
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability and system quality.
- Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, product managers, and cloud teams to define requirements and deliver features.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and improve automation for build, test, and deployment processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and refinements.
- Provide production support through a rotating on-call schedule and assist in resolving incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation, including system design and API documentation.
