Requirements

- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems integration challenges, and risk management considerations.
- Experience working across multiple systems and technologies while balancing scalability, reliability, and business requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and workflow inefficiencies across business functions, prioritizing automation opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Support, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade automations using APIs, webhooks, integrations, and event-driven architectures.
- Apply AI and large language models (LLMs) to automate tasks such as classification, routing, summarization, information extraction, and decision support where appropriate.
- Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and tools while minimizing disruption to established workflows.
- Ensure automations are reliable, observable, testable, and maintainable through strong engineering practices and monitoring processes.
- Continuously monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on solutions to improve effectiveness and resilience.
- Promote reusable automation frameworks and best practices, reducing reliance on fragile scripts and one-off implementations.
- Contribute to the development of scalable operational processes that support business growth and long-term efficiency.
