Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in Security Engineering, Application Security, or Cloud Security.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with threat modeling, security assessments, and DevSecOps/CI/CD/MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of AI security frameworks (OWASP Top 10 for LLM, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF).
- Experience with AI Red Teaming, RAG architectures, vector databases, or regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, EU AI Act) is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Advise on and assess internally developed and externally sourced AI systems, Generative AI applications, and LLM-based workflows.
- Conduct AI threat modeling, risk assessments, security reviews, and architecture assessments.
- Develop and implement Secure AI-by-Design and Security-by-Default principles.
- Identify risks such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and model poisoning, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Perform AI red teaming and technical security assessments.
- Build automated security controls and integrate checks into DevSecOps, CI/CD, and MLOps processes.
- Establish monitoring and detection capabilities for AI applications.
- Advise engineering and business teams on secure AI use through training and standards.
