Requirements
- English working proficiency.
- Experience designing production AI systems end-to-end.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
- Strong experience building production evaluation frameworks (golden datasets, offline/online evals, LLM-as-a-judge).
- Expertise in production observability tools (e.g., Arize, Braintrust, LangSmith).
- Proficiency with MCP, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or AgentCore.
- Deep experience building multi-agent systems in production.
- Knowledge of conversational LLM systems (prompt design, structured outputs, completion logic).
- Ability to independently propose architectures and refine requirements with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design production AI systems end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
- Propose architectures, evaluate trade-offs, and refine requirements with PMs.
- Build and maintain production evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets and online quality monitoring.
- Implement production observability including tracing, prompt/output logging, and guardrail metrics.
- Develop multi-agent systems with focus on agent-to-agent communication and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Optimize structured-output reliability under latency and cost constraints.
