Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer or related role.
- Experience with JVM technologies (Kotlin preferred).
- Experience with AWS cloud and cloud-native systems.
- Practical DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI/LLM tools in the development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of backend reliability, security, and observability.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in dynamic startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems.
- Actively contribute to architectural decisions and platform foundations.
- Leverage LLM-based tools (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor) for development, testing, and debugging.
- Implement DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Ensure system reliability, security, observability, and maintenance.
- Collaborate in a small, autonomous, remote-first team.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively during core hours (15:00-19:00).
