Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience developing or integrating products using LLMs
- 5+ years of experience building production software systems
- Strong experience designing and developing scalable backend applications
- Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-calling systems, or orchestration frameworks
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, CrewAI, MCP, or similar technologies
- Strong Python skills
- Solid understanding of Linux runtime environments
- Experience identifying and solving performance bottlenecks
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI-driven systems that power our virtual agent capabilities, including conversational reasoning, retrieval systems, tool calling, and automation workflows
- Develop backend services and data pipelines that integrate multiple APIs (Amadeus, Sabre, internal systems, and third-party platforms) to support real-time decision-making
- Build and deploy AI agents that solve real-world business problems
- Own architecture decisions for distributed, high-performance AI applications
- Continuously improve model performance, reliability, observability, and evaluation frameworks
- Help define engineering best practices and contribute to technical direction across the team
