Requirements
- Seasoned AI/ML engineer with production AI system shipping experience
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph. D in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Fluent in Python
- Comfortable with TypeScript
- Skilled at vector search & RAG pipelines
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and MLOps
- Data-driven approach to optimization and benchmarking
- Open-source minded with GitHub/conference/community activity
- English B2+ proficiency
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted AI architect & consultant for enterprise clients
- Design and own end-to-end LLM & multi-agent architectures
- Create and publish libraries utilizing local on-device models
- Create and publish design papers on behalf of the company
- Build cloud-native AI infrastructure on AWS, Cloudflare, or GCP
- Define and implement AI governance & monitoring
- Evaluate, benchmark, and create custom models
- Contribute to the open-source community through internal R&D
- Mentor and inspire engineers through tech talks and code reviews
