Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on industry ML experience.
- Experience in ML Engineering (cloud infrastructure, drift monitoring).
- Experience in AI Engineering (LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, fine-tuning).
- Experience with data engineering or solid understanding of data engineering concepts.
- Experience communicating/teaching technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: 5+ years customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
Responsibilities
- Architect production-level ML & AI workloads including agents and end-to-end pipelines.
- Serve as trusted practitioner for enterprise GenAI solutions including RAG and agentic systems.
- Build, scale, and optimize customer AI workloads.
- Apply best-in-class MLOps to productionize workloads.
- Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
