- 5+ years in a direct sales or enterprise solution-selling role, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.
- Proven success in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Experience selling cloud, AI, or digital transformation solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic sales growth across Healthcare & Life Sciences and Financial Services markets by building and executing scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Build and manage executive relationships across client organizations and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking using CRM tools.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executive teams while directly supporting key strategic pursuits.
- Collaborate with internal solution, delivery, marketing, and product teams to shape differentiated offerings.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and industry dynamics to refine sales strategy.
