Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales of Wire and Cable and critical infrastructure products.
  • Experience selling to Power Transmission/Distribution Utilities, Grid Operators, Data Centers/Hyperscalers, and OEMs.
  • Deep understanding of Data Centre, Utilities, and Renewables markets in North America.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Fishbowl).
  • Prowess in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Established network/contacts among senior management or VP-level supply chain executives.
  • Proven business and sales acumen.
  • Technical background with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Dissect the market to pinpoint and capitalize on opportunities to broaden our Wire and Cable customer base and unlock strategic accounts.
  • Team up with global leadership to devise and roll out strategies bolstering business growth.
  • Identify new markets, greenfield accounts and new logo acquisition.
  • Collaborate intensely with engineering and marketing to sculpt new services and products.
  • Steer client interactions, craft presentations and quotations, and negotiate supply agreements.
  • Be the face of Unimacts Global in trade shows.
  • Assist in streamlining the supply chain by providing precise monthly forecasts.
