Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, luxury services, aviation, or high-value B2B environments.
- At least 2+ years of aviation or charter sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and brand representation capability.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, developing, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
- Build and manage strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
- Develop and present tailored proposals, quotes, and charter solutions.
- Identify and expand into new market opportunities such as corporate shuttle programs and M&A-driven travel demand.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue expansion.
- Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows.
