Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, luxury services, aviation, or high-value B2B environments.
  • At least 2+ years of aviation or charter sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and brand representation capability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, developing, and converting qualified leads into long-term clients.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, quotes, and charter solutions.
  • Identify and expand into new market opportunities such as corporate shuttle programs and M&A-driven travel demand.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and revenue expansion.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows.
