Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software or solution/value-based selling experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing and growing Enterprise Life Sciences accounts within BioPharma or Medical Device organizations.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
- Experience selling transformational technologies such as AI, automation, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation platforms.
- Strong ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Strong account planning, pipeline management, and data-driven sales execution skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners in complex deal environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise Life Sciences accounts, driving expansion across multiple business units and functional areas.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans aligned with customer transformation initiatives and revenue growth goals.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders, digital transformation teams, and operations stakeholders.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving technical, business, and procurement stakeholders.
- Position AI-driven automation solutions through a consultative, value-based approach focused on measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and develop opportunities across operational, compliance, supply chain, finance, and R&D workflows.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
- Partner with global systems integrators and strategic alliances to accelerate pipeline development and deal execution.
- Maintain deep understanding of Life Sciences industry trends, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics.
