Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design, advertising, or performance marketing, ideally within tech, fintech, or fast-paced digital environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., generative image, video, and design platforms)
  • Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into high-performing marketing assets
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in digital ads, motion graphics, and campaign creatives
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative optimization
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a remote, high-speed environment while maintaining design quality standards
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills across multilingual teams
  • Strong conceptual thinking combined with execution excellence and attention to detail
  • Passion for experimentation and staying ahead of emerging creative technologies

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce high-performing marketing creatives for paid ads and global growth campaigns, from ideation to final delivery
  • Leverage generative AI tools across the entire design workflow, including ideation, storyboarding, asset creation, and production refinement
  • Develop AI-generated video and animation assets to support product launches and performance marketing initiatives
  • Build, structure, and maintain prompt libraries and internal visual asset systems to improve creative efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and regional teams to translate business goals into effective creative outputs
  • Iterate rapidly on ad creatives based on performance data and campaign feedback
  • Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
  • Stay at the forefront of AI design tools and continuously integrate new technologies into workflows
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand direction while optimizing for performance and engagement
