Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development
- Strong foundation in predictive ML including feature engineering, model training, validation, and evaluation
- Proven experience building and deploying production AI systems or services
- Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems
- Strong Python programming skills with software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, version control)
- Experience building APIs, backend systems, or scalable application architectures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps/LLMOps practices including deployment and monitoring
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in customer-facing or consulting-style AI delivery environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions including predictive ML models, GenAI applications, and agentic workflows
- Own the full lifecycle of AI systems including data engineering, feature development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Architect scalable AI applications integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, and enterprise data systems
- Develop production-grade backend services, APIs, and AI-driven application layers
- Implement GenAI systems including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and AI adoption programs for stakeholders
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to build reusable frameworks and reference architectures
- Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, governed, and aligned with responsible AI practices
