Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in presentation design, visual communication, or a similar creative design role within agency or corporate environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional PowerPoint design, storytelling, and high-level visual execution.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Deep understanding of design principles including layout composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and motion design.
- Experience working on client-facing projects, including presenting creative work and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and data into clear, persuasive, and visually engaging presentations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Experience in strategic brainstorming, creative ideation, and developing visual narratives from briefs.
- Familiarity and proven experience using GenAI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent deadlines and evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex data, business insights, and narratives into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.
- Design and deliver high-quality presentations for internal communications, executive leadership, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve reusable presentation templates, visual systems, and slide libraries aligned with brand identity guidelines.
- Apply advanced design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and motion/animation to enhance clarity and storytelling impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand briefing requirements and translate them into effective visual communication solutions.
- Create supporting visual assets such as infographics, charts, diagrams, and icons to strengthen narrative delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging design trends, presentation technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools to continuously improve output quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and delivery under tight deadlines.
