Requirements

  • 7+ years in Marketing Analytics, BizOps, or Data Science within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data and business judgment.
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of Agent Development and LLMs for data analysis.
  • Deep proficiency with modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Experience with BI tools like Sigma.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, attribution models, and ABM metrics.
  • Experience configuring AI-driven analytics or semantic data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and root cause investigation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and analyze trends in campaign performance, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates.
  • Perform first-pass diagnoses of funnel friction and material variances in data.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to optimize territory-based performance using Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models.
  • Maintain reporting hygiene and monitor data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Snowflake.
  • Lead the transition from static reporting to dynamic, AI-driven 'Ask Anything' analytics.
  • Design and maintain the semantic layer in Sigma and Snowflake to power AI agent data analysis.
  • Serve as a primary data consultant for Revenue Marketing leadership.
  • Own end-of-quarter MBO target attainment reporting and validate performance data for incentive alignment.
