Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Freshservice or another ITSM.
- Located in Philippines.
- Willingness to work night shift.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Google Workspace Admin are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Classify and prioritize tickets based on severity levels and business impact.
- Provide help desk support via phone, video call, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for company employees.
- Design and implement automations within Freshservice and other tools.
- Manage mobile device enrollment, security, and updates via Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager.
- Handle license provisioning for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Jira.
- Maintain inventory of mobile devices and equipment.
- Oversee Windows Autopilot for device lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot network issues and administer endpoint security solutions.
- Develop IT department processes and maintain the knowledge base.
