  • Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment.
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners.
  • Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models.
  • Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement.
  • Experience leading or developing partner-facing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence externally and across teams.
  • Data-driven approach to managing performance, pipeline, and partner contribution.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Auvik’s channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth.
  • Identify and prioritize key partner segments including MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Own partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and drive co-selling motions.
  • Build and evolve the partner program to improve scalability, clarity, and engagement.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms and accountability across the channel.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategy.
