Requirements
- Experience leading or scaling channel, partnerships, or indirect go-to-market motions within a SaaS environment.
- Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through partners.
- Strong understanding of MSP, VAR, and distribution models.
- Experience building or evolving partner programs to support growth and engagement.
- Experience leading or developing partner-facing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence externally and across teams.
- Data-driven approach to managing performance, pipeline, and partner contribution.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Auvik’s channel go-to-market strategy to drive scalable growth.
- Identify and prioritize key partner segments including MSPs, VARs, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Own partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and drive co-selling motions.
- Build and evolve the partner program to improve scalability, clarity, and engagement.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of partner managers.
- Establish clear operating rhythms and accountability across the channel.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategy.
