Requirements
- Deep experience selling into institutional investors across multiple fund types
- Proven track record building and scaling new business motions in alternative data, financial data, or analytics
- Leadership experience managing quota-carrying BDMs and/or SDRs
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Strong expertise in pipeline and demand gen management
- Experience in GTM architecture (segmentation, territories, comp plans)
- Familiarity with tiered pricing strategy
- Experience building or contributing to partnership/channel sales programs
- Ability to orchestrate C-suite relationships (COO, CFO, CIO, Head of Data)
Responsibilities
- Continue penetrating the Core globally within New Logo firms with $2B+ AUM
- Own new logo pipeline and bookings across the full FS spectrum
- Develop segment-specific playbooks for diverse buyer types
- Build and execute partnership and channel motions
- Lead and scale a team of BDMs and SDRs with clear coverage models
- Coach team on discovery, value articulation, and deal strategy
- Implement and enforce consistent sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC)
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection
- Partner with CRO, CMO, and CPO to refine pricing and packaging
