Requirements

  • Deep experience selling into institutional investors across multiple fund types
  • Proven track record building and scaling new business motions in alternative data, financial data, or analytics
  • Leadership experience managing quota-carrying BDMs and/or SDRs
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Strong expertise in pipeline and demand gen management
  • Experience in GTM architecture (segmentation, territories, comp plans)
  • Familiarity with tiered pricing strategy
  • Experience building or contributing to partnership/channel sales programs
  • Ability to orchestrate C-suite relationships (COO, CFO, CIO, Head of Data)

Responsibilities

  • Continue penetrating the Core globally within New Logo firms with $2B+ AUM
  • Own new logo pipeline and bookings across the full FS spectrum
  • Develop segment-specific playbooks for diverse buyer types
  • Build and execute partnership and channel motions
  • Lead and scale a team of BDMs and SDRs with clear coverage models
  • Coach team on discovery, value articulation, and deal strategy
  • Implement and enforce consistent sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC)
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and deal inspection
  • Partner with CRO, CMO, and CPO to refine pricing and packaging
