Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5–12 years of national account sales experience
- Proven ability to build and grow a book of business from the ground up
- Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle
- Experience selling into QSR, HOA, property management, or franchise associations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50%
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to secure and grow key national accounts
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and support RFP bids
- Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal/finance teams
- Work with Brand Operations to ensure smooth account implementation
- Act as primary point of contact for customer account management
- Partner with internal teams to align efforts and deliver seamless account management
- Create and deliver regular reports on sales performance and market conditions
