Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 5–12 years of national account sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and grow a book of business from the ground up
  • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle
  • Experience selling into QSR, HOA, property management, or franchise associations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-50%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure and grow key national accounts
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and support RFP bids
  • Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal/finance teams
  • Work with Brand Operations to ensure smooth account implementation
  • Act as primary point of contact for customer account management
  • Partner with internal teams to align efforts and deliver seamless account management
  • Create and deliver regular reports on sales performance and market conditions
