Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working inside modern email/SMS platforms
- Strong proficiency in Klaviyo and Shopify
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Extremely organized, dependable, and proactive
- Ability to maintain accuracy while moving fast
- Experience managing timelines and multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic-to-intermediate technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack in a structured operational environment
- Ability to work during US 9am–5pm (CST, MST, or PST)
- Willingness to complete a skills test
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign timelines to ensure smooth progress from creative to implementation
- Update Asana tasks throughout the build process
- Communicate proactively with strategists, project managers, and creatives
- Set up segmentation, tagging, UTMs, and filtering logic
- Schedule campaigns and flows according to the marketing calendar
- Troubleshoot technical issues including events, profile inconsistencies, and dynamic content
- Conduct full QA across emails and SMS for links, rendering, and formatting
- Follow structured SOPs with precision
