Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales management experience.
- 3+ years managing key or national accounts.
- Proven track record of driving growth in retail, distribution, or consumer product sales channels.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading remote teams.
- Willing to travel as needed: Billings HQ, line reviews, trade shows, and new account prospecting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems that include HubSpot, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales, profitability, and new account goals.
Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue, door count, and merchandising objectives.
- Oversee relationships with key national and strategic accounts.
- Develop and monitor sales plans, programs, and promotions.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Establish KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide regular reporting to the VP of Sales.
- Utilize HubSpot & NetSuite to manage pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and new channels.
- Support ongoing development of the sales team through coaching and training.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
