Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or engineering-oriented data analyst role.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Solid Python for data work.
- Hands-on experience with dbt or building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Understanding of ML concepts such as feature engineering and training/serving consistency.
- Data-quality mindset (correctness, reproducibility, monitoring).
- B1 or higher English level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the feature store: design and optimize dbt models across our multi-layer pipeline.
- Onboard new external data sources into the platform.
- Guarantee consistency between training and serving by building checks and monitoring.
- Own data quality and observability including freshness, completeness, lineage, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to productionize features.
- Improve tooling, standards, and documentation.
