Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role in SaaS/Tech.
- Expertise in designing and building scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake (performance optimization, data sharing).
- Strong SQL proficiency (complex queries, window functions, CTEs).
- Experience with Reverse ETL to activate data in operational tools.
- Hands-on experience managing Fivetran pipelines.
- Advanced Metabase skills for self-service BI enablement.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset using LLMs and automation.
- Proactive ownership mentality.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data stack (Fivetran, Snowflake, Metabase).
- Design and maintain scalable data models using dbt.
- Implement AI/ML approaches for automated anomaly detection and predictive analytics.
- Enable cross-functional teams with self-service BI using Metabase.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Communicate and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance.
- Establish data governance standards for quality and documentation.
