Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of project management or Scrum Master experience in a digital/full-stack environment.
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proven experience running Scrum ceremonies.
- Proficiency with Agile workflows and Jira.
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and content strategy.
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication and digital marketing objectives.
- Experience managing dependencies and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate core scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, refinement, reviews/demos, retros).
- Collaborate to turn project briefs into delivery plans and break PRDs into stories.
- Own backlog and maintain Jira hygiene as the source of truth.
- Identify and remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and surface risks.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through clear, regular updates and workshops.
- Manage documentation and provide delivery health reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing.
- Manage web content production schedules in AEM.
- Maintain delivery forecasts and adjust for changing priorities.
- Handle third-party integrations, SEO optimization, and tracking implementation.
