Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical role with hands-on troubleshooting.
- Strong debugging instincts and methodical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling.
- Scripting ability in at least one language (Python, Node.js, Bash).
- Comfortable communicating technical details to customers.
- Proficiency with Linux systems and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS).
- Ability to pick up new technical products quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own customer issues end-to-end through root cause and resolution.
- Debug failures across integrations, APIs, and runtime environments.
- Use observability tooling to trace and identify failures.
- Reproduce bugs and partner with Engineering to drive resolution.
- Lead customer troubleshooting calls and communicate technical progress.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
- Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and playbooks.
- Develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort.
