Requirements

  • 2+ years in a technical role with hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Strong debugging instincts and methodical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling.
  • Scripting ability in at least one language (Python, Node.js, Bash).
  • Comfortable communicating technical details to customers.
  • Proficiency with Linux systems and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS).
  • Ability to pick up new technical products quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer issues end-to-end through root cause and resolution.
  • Debug failures across integrations, APIs, and runtime environments.
  • Use observability tooling to trace and identify failures.
  • Reproduce bugs and partner with Engineering to drive resolution.
  • Lead customer troubleshooting calls and communicate technical progress.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
  • Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and playbooks.
  • Develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort.
