Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales, closing complex sales cycles.
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company).
- Experience closing transactions >$150k ACV to line of business executives.
- Advanced+ English proficiency.
- Experience with Salesforce is good to have.
- Innately curious with an insatiable desire to learn.
- Empathetic listener.
- Ability to collaborate as a team.
- Humility and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion to accelerate revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by building a healthy pipeline (3X+ of Plan) and executing high-impact opportunity conversion strategies.
- Lead multi-threaded engagements with key stakeholders to maximize deal success and strengthen client relationships.
- Build credibility and influence buying decisions by uncovering business needs, aligning solutions, and demonstrating value.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce to ensure visibility and data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and executive leadership to deliver seamless customer experiences, apply advanced sales techniques, and continuously refine best practices.
