Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in iGaming affiliate management.
- Proven experience in affiliate recruitment, outreach, and relationship management.
- Familiarity with online casino, slot, and sports betting products.
- Strong understanding of partnership models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, and fixed fees.
- Ability to negotiate terms and assess traffic quality and performance.
- Excellent business communication, negotiation, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Self-managed, result-oriented, and able to work remotely.
- Available for travel to attend industry exhibitions and partner meetings.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Chinese or Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Actively find, contact, and recruit new affiliate partners.
- Expand traffic cooperation with SEO sites, media buying teams, KOLs, and social media influencers.
- Negotiate business terms including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and CPL.
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and provide support/marketing materials.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance data (registrations, deposits, NGR, ROI).
- Monitor traffic quality to identify and mitigate fraud or low-quality traffic.
- Research competitors and represent the company at international iGaming events.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and CRM teams.
