- Ability to work any shift Monday through Sunday 9am-9pm EST.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Resilience in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Interact with current or prospective Members via voice and email with professionalism, positivity, and personality.
- Resolve inquiries regarding returns, tracking, and order modifications.
- Make real-time decisions to assist members with complex issues.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Master foundational skills and progress to complex channels like messaging or social media.
